What is FGF? :

 

FGF is a premium, preservative free feline specific pre + probiotic formula that is innovatively developed utilising highly unique and natural therapeutic properties that are tailored specifically for the feline digestive and immune systems. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

• A description of the item you are returning
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.

Our shipping rates are as follows: Freight is charged at a flat rate per item and is calculated via Australia Post’s packaged weight and geographical postcode of dispatch and delivery. Orders that are based geographically in rural areas, orders that require delivery to Western Australia, Northern Territory and orders that are have multiple products (2+) or bulk requirements; please contact the team at Bio-Med Animal Health directly for the most efficient and cost effective freight charges.
